Recap
Napredak will enter in new season with their old coach Milorad Kosanovic, a solid super league coach with a lot of experience (He was coach of Crvena Zvezda, Vojvodina,…). Coach Kosanovic will probably play in same formation like in last season, in 4-2-3-1. Napredak was not so active in this transfer period. In club arrived experienced winger Alivodic (free transfer from Greek league) and center back Marinkovic (from Borac Cacak). These players have left the club: experienced midfielder Sljivic (Moved to Balzan, Malta), veteran winger Milisavljevic (Moved to Trajal, first league) and defender Simonovic moved to Uzbekistan First league. The squad has not changed a lot so coach Kosanovic will have almost same team as in last season. Their main goal in new season is to be in top 8 clubs and if they have luck, they will compete for some European qualification. The club has stabile finances and they don’t have any injured players. The club main financier is Marko Miskovic, son of Serbian tycoon Miroslav Miskovic. Coach Kosanovic will probably miss in this game winger from Nigeria Sidika, which has gone to the Turkey to try to make some transfer there.
On the opposite side, FK Rad has done a great job keeping head coach Milinkovic, same coach who helped them to avoid relegation in last round of previous season. Coach Milinkovic (former coach of Partizan, Vojvodina, Vozdovac) will play in 4-2-3-1 formation or in 4-3-3, depending of their rival. Rad has young and talented squad and with experienced coach like Milinkovic they will try to be better than in last season. They have manager do keep their key players, midfielder and team captain Djenic and winger Lutovac but they have lost two experienced players, left back Volkov and striker Veselinovic, so they will need to bring some trusted players to change them. In club arrived midfielder Bainovic (from Crvena Zvezda) and couple of players from lower league, which are not noticeable to mention. FK Rad is doing great thing with their young side and they promote couple of players every season. For this match Rad’s coach can’t count on young midfielder Njegos Petrovic who’s got injured in last friendly match.
The game will be played at Stadium Mladost, capacity 10000 places. The pitch is in solid condition and good visit is expected due to the fact that they are most popular club in their city, Krusevac. Last season these teams played twice, Rad has won when he was host, 1:0, and at Napredak stadium it was draw, 2:2.
