The Belmont Baseball Team will return on Tuesday (March 20th) after taking over Vanderbilt, number 8 in First Tennessee Park. The first shot was scheduled for 6:30. IT.

Belmont wants to go back after three games have suffered a loss of skating. Bruins was swept away in Morehead State over the weekend. The Bruins are now 7-12 in total and even at 3-3 in the Ohio Valley Conference Play.

Sophomore Matt Cogen (Franklin, Tenn.) Belmont has a big second season as Bruin. Currently, the team leader with .380 hit average and .557 slugging percentage. Cogen ran rockets into six houses, three houses and 30 bombs. He also runs 16 RBIs.

Junior Chas Hadden (Morristown, Tenn.) An excellent 9-9 in the main initiatives stolen right now. Not only the team, but also the stolen bases in the running of the conference. The Belmont team played the best 25-ply conference this season.
