Maybe biggest game of this round will be played in Pljevlja, in the northest town of Montenegro. Both coaches are feeling the pressure of not so good results. There could be massive overhaul for these teams in winter period if bad results in three rounds of first part of the season happen. There is also bad blood between teams because cup game in Podgorica where referee Radovanović made huge mistake in favour of Budućnost and they scored in last minute from indirect free kick. There were also some harsh words and tense atmosphere at the end of that game so it could be really tense and nervous 90 minutes of football in Pljevlja.
Rudar in last round took one of the heaviest defeats in last twenty years on home ground. Petrovac wasn’t so great in that game but they punished Rudar for mistakes and missed chances and won 4-0. Rudar just have huge problems in attack and scoring is major issue from start of the season. Coach Mulalić just don’t have any options in the roster, he tried with every player on wings but main forward Đalović or even substitute Mrdak can’t score. As you know, it is impossible to win if you don’t score so with 11 goals in 16 games Rudar just won three times and draw in nine matches. Rudar will be without Armin Bošnjak and long term injured Stefan Drašković.
Budućnost have their own problems. They didn’t won in league in four matches. Team lost shape and form and coach Brnović is trying to find magic formula to for winning system or just players that can perform. In almost every of five games in charge he made two or more changes from last match. Players are without confidence and last draw vs Grbalj didn’t help. Budućnost were better team, found goal in first 15 minutes but team from Radanović scored 5 minutes before the end to equalise. They had very tense game in second leg of cup competition with Mladost Lješkopolje. They won 1-0 and went through to semifinals but they lost much strength and stamina in windy conditions on Wednesday. Draško Božović and Balša Sekulić are injured, Milivoje Raičević is suspended because of yellow cards and Mihailo Perović is still under virus but is expected to be on pitch, maybe in second half.
