Budućnost vs Mladost Lješkopolje

This could be derby of quaterfinals because Budućnost has richest history in Montenegrin football and Mladost Lj. have ambitions to be best club in Montenegro in few years. After derby win against Titograd and leading position in table Budućnost didn’t do much. In close game vs Rudar in last round of cup competition they managed to score in dying moments to go through after huge referee mistake. In next league game they had gift from Goran Vujović who was sent off in 15th minute but match vs Lovćen finished in goalless draw. And in the last league round they were defeated by Zeta 2-0 and didn’t had proper chance for 90 minutes. Coach Branko Brnović told media after the game that his team was very bad and that he must make a lot of changes before games vs Lješkopolje and Petrovac. Fans were really unhappy and they insulted players and coaching staff.

Mladost Lješkopolje has ambitious project and very good squad for Second League. They have difficulties to achieve victories as guests and that is main reason they are in second place. They are richest club in Montenegro right now, they have their own stadium and big plans for future. Right now they are trying to build youth categories on higher level and gain promotion to First League. Cup competition is good way to go to european qualifiers but also toughest regarding opponents. Mladost Lješkopolje has good squad with many ex first league footballers. Most of them played for Budućnost in senior squad and youth categories so they will be very motivated to achieve good results through two games. Coach Vojo Pejović was coordinator for Budućnost youth academy for several years and didn’t got chance to manage first team so he will seek revenge and try to convince people in Budućnost they made mistake.
