LPFM – Week 33, 06.05 (Sunday), time 16.30, Stadium: “Coffee Tumbe” – Manastir

Pelister teams and Akademija Pandev have been battling three times so far, with the Strumica team which has won in three meetings and the team from Monastir who has only won once. A match between them is closed without a winner. So far, Akademija Pandev has scored 12, while Pelister has ten goals.

For both teams, this will be the sixth and last match this season. Pelisteri and Akademija Pandev also met in the cup, in the semifinals, where both teams triumphed in the host field with 2-1, to finally go to the execution of the penalties, where the lucky Pelister was going further and for the time the second came to the finals. As for the championship matches, there Akademija Pandev has won twice, with 2-0 in Strumica and 4-3 in Manastir and a meeting was closed without a winner with 1-1, played in Turnovo, in early 2018.

The main arbitrator of the meeting will be Stojan Stojanov from Stip.

PELISTER

Pelister is quite encouraged in front of this meeting, having in mind that on Wednesday he recorded a very valuable victory in the first league fight for survival. The team from Manastir three days ago managed to defeat Renova with 3-2 in Manastir in a multi-turn match where Ilievski, Manevski and Ristevski scored goals.

For Pelister, Wednesday’s win against Renova with 3-2 was the second consecutive host on the field. Previously, Sileks was beaten and surprised by 2-1.

Pelister is unbeaten at the last three home meetings, where he has recorded two wins and a draw. Last defeat in Manastir has suffered from sparks with 6-0 on April 15th.

In eight 2018 matches at home, in the championship and in the cup, Pelister has a single loss, that of the aforementioned by Spark. In the other seven meetings, the team recorded four wins and three draws, while one of these victories was in the cup, against the Akademija Pandev at the semifinals.

Although he is struggling with all the strength to remain in the league, Pelister is placed in the cup final, where he will play against Spark on May 23rd in Strumica, in an attempt to win this race for the second time and again provided the exit to the Europa League.

Pelister is currently in the last place in the table, with 31 points, as well as Skopje. The Manastir team has only one point less than the eighth Pobeda, a place that does not provide for safe survival, but allows a playout meeting with one of the second team teams. Pelister also has a fewer games, which are canceled against Shkupi from the 26th lap, which will be played on Wednesday.

Pelister did not equalize in any of the last four meetings, where there are two victories and losses.

With 52 goals so far in 31 races, Pelister’s team possesses the worst defense in the Macedonian championship. Meanwhile, with 31 goals scored, the attack is the third weakest, after those of Skopje and Sileks.

The Pelister team is the one that scored most of this year’s goals in the first league of Macedonia, a total of three.

Pelister does not have a player injured or suspended in this meeting, and this year’s team’s second team coach, Nexhat Hussein, will be able to count on all the players for this very important match in the survival fight.

Ilce Petroski and Goce Todorovski in case of punishment tomorrow, will not be able to play the next lap.

Borce Manevski with seven goals scored this year, three in the Pobeda shirt in the first semifinals and four after the arrival of the Winter Pelister, is the team’s top scorer for the moment. He is a player with a lot of experience from the Macedonian championship, but also from matches with international teams, among others played in countries such as Serbia, Poland, Thailand and Malta.

AKADEMIJA PANDEV

Unlike Pelister, Akademija Pandev comes in a much quieter position in this meeting. Similar to tomorrow’s opponent, they also triumphed over the midweek, but their minimal victory of 1-0 against Pobeda largely ensured survival in their first season in the first league. The most valuable goal of this season, on Wednesday, scored the best team scorer, Zoran Baldovaliev, who scored in the opponent’s net in the second minute.

With the aforementioned victory against Pobeda on Wednesday, the Akademija Pandev avoided seven points in the last two positions and six in the eighth place held by Pobeda, which does not guarantee safe survival. The team from Strumica currently has 38 points and a positive result tomorrow in Manstrir would almost have sealed the presence in the first league for next year.

The Akademija Pandev has won only one of nine last trips in the championship and cup. The only triumph is two weeks before Skopje in Kicevo, where the result was 0-2 in favor of the Strumica team.

Until before this period with a victory in nine trips, the last triumph outside the home, Akademija Pandev had registered in Manastir, against Pelister with 4-3.

With three wins, six draws and seven lost so far on trips as well as 15 points accumulated outside the home, Akademija Pandev is the fourth most successful team in Macedonia as far as guest meetings are concerned.

After the catastrophic six months without any victory, the Akademija Pandev is now undergoing a good time, and in the last four games it has recorded two wins, one draw and one loss.

With eight goals scored by the penalty so far, five of which have been executed by Zoran Baldovaliev, the Akademija Pandev is the second highest-paid team in Macedonia. Before them is only the spark of Tetova, with ten executed penalties and scored in the goal.

Zoran Baldovaliev is the best player of the Akademija Pandev and the most recent form of football players in Macedonia. He is the third best scorer with 13 goals so far, while in the last five matches he has scored four goals and two assists. Throughout the season, Baldovaliev has 13 assists as well as five assists.

Pandev’s leftist defender Aleksandar Varelovski is still defective and is not expected to play even at tomorrow’s meeting.

At Akademija Pandev there is no player suspended for tomorrow, but for that, suspension for the upcoming meeting endangered six players. They are Sashko Pandev, Gorgi Stoilov, Konstantin Cheshmedjiev, Kristijan Ivanov, Zoran Baldovaliev and Gulio Grifoni.

The condition of the field is in good and very stable condition, and the same offers good conditions for good and quality football. In the tribunes, support for Pelister is not that great, given the past, but we should not forget the fact that the tribunals are under reconstruction and for that, the current capacity is not bigger than for 1500 viewers.

Analysis before the meeting:

For Pelister, it will be another meeting where it is not even given the slightest chance of making a mistake. The last two times when he played in front of his fans, the team with the new coach, the fifth this year, Nexhat Hussein, managed to win against Sileks and Renova and now, he wants the home wins series to go to three. The Manastir team is targeting the eighth place of the Pobeda, which guarantees matches for left-back stakes, and if that can be achieved, tea can not be put through domestic matches. On the other hand, the victory of the Akademija Pandev on Wednesday against Pobeda greatly facilitated the team’s survival work from Strumica. However, such a thing should be confirmed tomorrow in Manastir, as in the event of a loss from Pelister and depending on the results of Pobeda and Skopje, all of these teams can approach the Akademija Pandev in the first-league waste fight. For him, this match will be among the most interesting tomorrow in Macedonia, where will be discussed three points of the most valuable of this season.
