As expected, Tuzla City already in the first match showed how will be the true refreshment for the league.
Even though they suffered away defeat from Široki Brijeg (0:1), they played a very good match in which they created many opportunities.
Now they are waiting for a home game against Radnik Bijeljina, who defeated favored Sarajevo at the opening of the season (2:1).
From now on, Tuzla City will play domestic matches at stadium Tušanj, which is home of Sloboda Tuzla.
“This week we spent summing up the impressions from the game from Široki Brijeg, although the result was disadvantageous for us. Our strikers were in full operation and we will have more options in the attack position. In front of us is a match with an experienced team of Radnik. We are aware the fact that they are a very good team, and we hope that we will be return happy from Tušanj to our base in Simin Han. It will be a change compared to the game in Široki Brijeg, probably Stokić and Mahmutović will be in full operation”, said coach of Tuzla City Slobodan Starčević, who hopes to win.
“They come relaxed and try to get the fast flow of balls, or with a quick transition to endanger us. We have also set up this scenario and hopefully we will be the club that will eventually celebrate. I hope everyone in town will understand that this club is club of Tuzla, that there is no need to be an animosity between the two clubs”, added Starčević.
Like Starčević announced, Joco Stokić (31, second striker) and Aidin Mahmutović (32, centre forward) are coming back to the team, and the only one who will not be available to him is injured Aleksandar Milaković (25, central midfield).
Radnik does not have problems with the team and his coach Mladen Žižović is on a sweet torture.
“Every start by winning is a great start. And now when we see that we have won three points against Sarajevo, which has achieved an excellent result against one Atalanta, surely we are delighted. It should be said that Radnik after this first match brought another player. It is Nikola Popara (26, defensive midfield), who came from Budućnost Podgorica.
