Home team has entered new season with a defeat against Spartak Subotica side (1:0) in a match where stronger Spartak side had a lot of difficulties to score a goal, but in the end they managed to score in 88th minute. In that match we saw that Macva is playing very defensive football with a lot of fouls and a lot of mid table teams will have some problems to score against them. On the opposite side, now when their top goalscorer Matic has left the club, they will have a lot of problems in offense as they don’t have any more any player who can easily score a goal. In this match against Napredak, their coach Dragan Anicic will have all players at his disposal, as they don’t have any suspended or unavailable player. They will probably go out in 4-5-1 formation and they will play cautious against Napredak. Coach Anicic said that he is not very happy with his current roster and that he need some new players in the club, especially in the offensive part, but he will try to do best with his current team.

On the opposite side, Napredak has started new season with a win against Rad (1:0), with a goal from penalty (Their striker Vukanovic scored from the spot). In that match Napredak has controlled the game and they showed to everyone that this season they will be even stronger, as they have not changed their squad and with experienced coach Kosanovic they will be contenders for Europa league qualification. Napredak started last match in 4-2-3-1 formation with Alivodic on one wing and quick N’Diaye on the other side. In this game against Macva coach Kosanovic will have all players at his disposal, and they will start with same team as they played against Rad. Main threat in Napredak side are two good wingers and powerful striker Vukanovic who can play very good with his back turned out from the goal. Also all defenders of Napredak are very experienced players and Macva will have a lot of problems with them as they play for a while in same team.

The game will be played at Macva’s city stadium, capacity 6000. The pitch is in poor condition and the stands will not be full of supporters as Napredak is not very attractive rival. Home team don’t have strong fans base and Napredak has solid base but I don’t expect many away fans in this match. My opinion is that this match will be very tough with plenty of fouls and I don’t expect more than 2 goals. In last season these team played twice, in first match Napredak has won 3:1 while in second game Macva took a win (1:0) in one very boring game with small amount of chances.
